iMerchants Limited and its subsidiaries were principally engaged in manufacture and trading of ceramic sewage material as well as investment in listed securities. We continue our objective of enhancing the value of the Company's shares. We will cautiously make use of excess funds on investments in Hong Kong equity market. The investment strategy is reviewed and monitored frequently and we will take appropriate actions whenever necessary in response to changes in fundamental market situation.
